We know that travel plans can change, so we offer a couple of rate options designed to give you flexibility when booking your Napa Valley stay. Our Flexible Rate allows for a full refund with at least 7 days notice before your arrival, while our Semi-Flexible Rate requires 14 days notice. We always recommend reviewing the details at the time of booking so you can choose the option that best fits your plans. Two-night reservations are required on most weekends, with a three-night minimum required for major holiday weekends and during peak season. This may cause our availability calendar to show “No Availability.” During the week (Sunday through Thursday nights), some rooms may not be available for a one-night stay

Unlike many areas of Napa Valley that require driving between tastings, Rutherford offers a central, vineyard-lined setting where guests can enjoy world-class wine experiences just steps from their hotel.

While we love our furry friends, Rancho Caymus Inn is a pet-free boutique property (with the exception of Service Animals) to ensure a quiet and allergen-free environment for all our guests. We are happy to recommend excellent local boarding options nearby if you are traveling with a pet.
- Do you allow children? Do you allow children? We welcome well-behaved children of all ages. However, because our inn is designed as an intimate retreat, only a select number of our larger suites can accommodate more than two guests. We offer pack-n-play cribs upon request ($25/night) and recommend booking our Premium Suites or The Casita for families needing more space or considering longer visits.
